  • What is included in the cost?
    Included in the cost is your seated match ticket and all hospitality inclusions listed under the package (if applicable).
  • Do you charge a booking fee?
    A booking fee is included in the price of the ticket package. Please note that these tickets are purchased through licensed ticket providers or official sporting organizations, and the prices charged may include royalties and license fees, booking, courier and administration fees, and may be more than the cost of purchasing these tickets in the country of origin of this event.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    Currently we only accept credit card payments via our Travel Pay portal. Credit card fees are charged as per your card issuer.
  • Can I pay a deposit and the balance at a later date?
    Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your tickets.
  • My match has changed dates. What happens now?
    Premier League & other European football fixtures can change date and kick-off times as close as a couple of weeks before they’re played. The Premier League will announce confirmed match dates and times usually no later than 4 weeks before they are played. Your tickets are automatically valid for the new match date or time, as the package is purchased for the game, not the venue, date or time. It is your responsibility to check for any changes.
  • What documents do I need to take with me?
    Your match tickets (printed if PDF, or on your smartphone if mobile) and photo ID. If your tickets are stadium collection we will provide you with collection documents you will need on the day.
  • Do I need travel insurance?
    Premium Sport Tickets highly recommends travel insurance for all domestic and international travel. Get a quote HERE
  • Can you arrange hotel bookings as well?
    Yes we can arrange accommodation bookings on request. Please contact us for a quote – premium@sporrttickets.com.au
  • When will I get my tickets?
    In most cases tickets are electronic PDF tickets and will be emailed within the week of the match. Stadium collection is also available for some teams.
  • Where are your seats located?
    For all matches, seating is in the Home Team sections. Away team colours/jerseys and active supporting is not permitted and you may be ejected without refund if caught. For the best matchday experience, Premium Sport Tickets suggests only attending home matches of your supported team.
  • Can you get seating in the away team ends?
    No. All seating is in home team sections.
  • When will I know my seat numbers?
    In most cases, the stadium section will be known at the time of booking. Rows and seat numbers will be allocated closer to the event and printed on your ticket.
  • I can no longer attend the match I have purchased tickets for. Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
    Once ordered, tickets are fully non-refundable and non-transferable unless the match is cancelled. Please refer to our Covid-19 policy for further details.
  • Do you offer child prices?
    All tickets are adult prices. All children and infants require an adult ticket
  • What is the minimum age to make a booking?
    You must be 18+ to make a reservation. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
